There's no end in sight as the electro-rock movement floods through the Boston/Cambridge music scene.  The latest shot in the arm for hard-rocking synth freaks is over at the Lizard Lounge (1667 Mass Ave, Cambridge), as All the Queen's Men have picked up the Tuesday-night residency for the month of February.  As an added bonus, they'll be featuring special guests all month long.  Tonight they'll be joined by the local Livesexact, who are up there on our must-see list (ask them about dressing up as the Spice Girls for Halloween), and the New York-based Zia.  And, best of all, All the Queen's Men will be joined for their set by the ever-luscious and intoxicating Curvy Baby Dancers.  Doors are at 9, and all the excitement is a mere $7.  Bring it on!  Call (617) 547-0759.  Darcy Scanlon.
