SEPTEMBER, 2003 -- BACK IN EUROPE; REMIX NEWS

We're heading off on our fall tour to Switzerland and France. We'll be visiting some new clubs as well as stopping back at some of our favorites from our spring tour (can anyone say, Zuri Bar-- 2 hour set?). We're also planning to collaborate with Flying Red Fish on a possible AQM vs. FRF type of record. Check out the tour section for our dates.

Our NEMO showcase was a blast at the Paradise. We had our Curvy Baby Dancers in tow for that show.

"MORE" Remix released on E.C.G. (Electronic Club Grooves)On May 19, 2003, the AQM Hostage Remix "More" was licensed by daMusic Germany and U-Sound. It was released on E.C.G. (Electronic Club Grooves) along with a progressive mix by U-Sound and a hardstyle mix by Sam Punk (Hardnation -Tinitus..).

According to the nuPLASTIX vinyl sales charts, the remix has been one of the top ten sellers since its release in May. E.C.G.'s releases have just been picked up by Q-Vertrieb, one of the top 3 electronic music distributors. It will be released on Q-Vertrieb on Oct. 10, 2003.

Here's what they say about the remix:
"Give me something to believe in...a phrase in the chorus of the band ’All the Queen's Men', based in Boston. This 12" Maxi is a remix project where rock meets club music. The result is a very progressive release with three smashing and powerful remixes. Sam Punk, known from the second Hardnation release (Fiction) mixed a very hard and pounding hardstyle version of this theme. The other two versions are hard trance mixes from U-Sound and Hostage, who are very skilled remixers from Switzerland. The original voice samples perfectly fit into these versions. You don´t like vocal trance? No need to worry - these mixes are surprisingly progressive!!"
